| CubicleSoft Logo Program |
The CubicleSoft Logo ProgramTM is a
program designed to both inform users of the technologies used to develop a
given CubicleSoft product as well as improve confidence in the overall
product line.
The Logo Program also exists for the benefit of the software development
community. Software developers who utilize certain products
(e.g. MyUpdate Toolkit) and pay for them are
allowed to use the relevant logo on their website. Logos can only be used by
software developers who participate in this and the relevant CubicleSoft
program. Using any logo outside of approved channels is illegal and violators
will be fined $10 per display.
Currently, the CubicleSoft Logo ProgramTM
only has a few logos available. Each logo currently in use is shown below
followed by a short description of what it means, where to go for more
information, and/or what has to be done to join the relevant program.

The "Developed By CubicleSoft Core" logo is a restricted logo that means the
software was deemed critical enough to be developed only by the absolute best
at CubicleSoft. Software Developers outside of CubicleSoft cannot join this
program. Additionally, only Core is authorized to apply this logo to the
website. All software with this logo adheres to Core StandardsTM
and has an extremely high standard of quality found almost nowhere else in the
entire software industry. Demand Core StandardTM
software.

The "Certified By CubicleSoft Core" logo means the software was developed
outside of Core and certified by CubicleSoft CoreTM to adhere to Core
StandardsTM. Software Developers outside of CubicleSoft may join this program
for $5,000 per year and requires an annual audit of your source code by Core.
This is an extremely stringent program requiring adherance to Core StandardsTM.
To be part of this program means the source code behind the scenes is solidly
designed and written. Ideally, participants should already be participating
in at least one other program. Contact CubicleSoft for more information.

The "Developed Using Safe Design Principles" logo means the software was
developed using the principles and practices found in
Safe C++ Design Principles. Users who see this
logo know that the software was designed with stability, usability, and
portability in mind. In other words: High-quality software. Software
Developers may join this program by purchasing a copy of the book for every
developer at the organization and following the guidelines contained therein.
If you meet the requirements, contact CubicleSoft for permission to use the
logo. Note that the use of this logo is extremely stringent: If you have
even one security vulnerability, the logo will be revoked for 6 months.

The "Integrated With MyUpdate Technology" logo means the software uses
MyUpdate Toolkit to manage software updates
for the product. Software Developers who are paying regularly or have an
annual contract for MyUpdate Toolkit may join this program. If you meet the
requirements, contact CubicleSoft for permission to use the logo.

The "Integrated With Support Tools" logo means the software product installs
the set of CubicleSoft Support Tools alongside the
product. The Tools aid technical support in tracking down bugs in the
product so as to quickly fix the bugs and make a better product. Software
Developers may request to join this program. Contact CubicleSoft.

The "Ready for Support Tools" logo means the software product can use
the set of CubicleSoft Support Tools but are not
installed with the product. The Tools aid technical support in tracking down
bugs in the product so as to quickly fix the bugs and make a better product.
