MyTaskFocus is the tool for Windows that helps the easily distracted to stay focused on work that needs to be done.
MyTaskFocus is the ideal tool to aid anyone in:
- Preparing weekly status reports to send to the boss
- Personal job satisfaction
- Accurately determining billable hours
- Spending exact amounts of time on a task
- Staying focused on tasks
- Surfing the net without burning dinner in the process
- Students: Decreasing overall time spent on homework
This tool displays a digital timer on the Windows Taskbar and unobtrusively acts like a heads-up display to keep users on task.
MyTaskFocus also tracks the exact amount of time each task takes. With this information, users can generate their weekly status reports to the boss in seconds. There is no need to remember what was done on Monday because MyTaskFocus does that for the user.
MyTaskFocus works on Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP, 2003, and Vista.
MyTaskFocus 1.1 introduces task recall and paused task reminders. Task recall allows the current task to be paused while switching to another task and then quickly select the previous task when the new task is done. When a task is paused for a while, it is easy to forget about it. Paused tasks will blink once every 5 minutes to unobtrusively remind the user about the task at hand.
